Part of a medium sized group of companies, with a European parent, long established market leader in their field. Supplying above and below ground solutions. Would suit a candidate with a strong track record in air movement. An M&E background would be an advantage.



Responsible for: Interfacing with prospective clients, providing technical and engineering support to other departments.

Overall Purpose of Job:
Provide engineered solutions from quotation to installation on site. Provide suitable technical representation for system demonstrations and hand-over.

Key Responsibilities:
v Support the Group’s Executive Director in his duties.
v Provide technical and engineering support to the Estimating department.
v Prepare engineered designs for the CAD department to implement.
v Plan and prioritise the estimating and CAD department’s workload.
v Respond to both internal and external technical queries.
v To source and audit alternative suppliers of equipment.
v Develop new designs and new areas of interest.
v Monitor competitor activity and equipment.
v Attend external technical sales meetings as and when necessary.
v Provide support to specific Sales Agents as directed by the Business Manager.
v Manage and support the respective Project Engineer during system commissioning.
v Provide technical and engineering support during system demonstrations and hand-over.
v To keep abreast of changes in legislation and advise other departments accordingly.
v To be an active member of the company’s Management Team.
v Support and maintain the company’s Quality System and Procedures.
v Prepare annual appraisals in line with Key Objectives.

Salary £28 to 36 k depending on experience & qualification + Benefits
